To All,
The next communications event for Sydney is the Blue Mountains Adventure
Race on Saturday September 28.
The event is based around Eureka Clearing near Glenbrook.
The plan is to set up 2 interlinked repeaters using mid band, high band
and UHF. Channels to be advised later.
Timings
Friday
1300 Set up main repeater at Riley's Mountain Lookout
Saturday
0700 Meet at the Glenbrook entrance to the park.
0800 Race start
1400 Event completed. Lunch and pach up.

To All,
The team for the Coastal Classic, Saturday September 6 is Des, Julie,
Craig, Brendan and Warren.
The plan is to provide communications to the Aid Stations along the
course. These stations are located at Garie Beach, Wattamola Beach and
Marley Beach.
The system will consist of the Hub at Marley operating on UHF 96 and
VHF Mid 71, A spoke above Governor Game Lookout on VHF Mid 71, VHF Hi
21. A X Band unit may also be deployed at Bundeena.
Timings
Friday
1500 Access Marley to set up repeater trailer.
Saturday
0700 Meet at Governor Game Lookout.
0730 Deploy to points and activate equipment, issue radios as required
0830 Run Start
1500 Event complete.
